EasyInspect reliably detects surface defects in the base material of manufactured products, such as contaminations, inclusions or holes, before the web material is further processed. During the converting steps of these materials, e.g. coating or laminating of films and foil, or the application of silicone and adhesive layers on label material, the inspection system identifies irregularities such as coating voids, stains, dirt, scratches, bubbles, streaks or wrinkles. Dr. Schenk’s inspection systems provide the line operators with easy to interpret information for fast reaction on deviations in the production process.
