The EasyMeasure options monitor the web material's process parameters, like e.g. inhomogeneous distribution of material, thickness variations or large-area contaminations. The need for constant monitoring of production processes is especially prevalent for converting steps, like coating or laminating, where every exceeding of the production window can result in low quality products and high lifecycle costs. Unlike conventional systems, Schenk's EasyMeasure options cover 100% of the material width. At the same time they are using the optical components from the EasyInspect inspection systems, which keeps the investment low.
