Thin Film (Sheet) Solar Module Inspection

Reliable Quality Assurance & Process Control Throughout Solar Module Production

The Dr. Schenk SolarInspect for thinfilm (sheet)  inspection is designed to fulfill the special quality requirements throughout the production of thin film solar modules based on glass sheet substrates. In addition, continuous monitoring of the production process allows timely corrective action to be taken when process deviations appear.

Fully integrated after relevant production steps, SolarInspect for thinfilm sheet inspection detects, pinpoints and accurately classifies defects or irregularities on the surface and edges from the incoming glass through to the finished solar module. The user-friendly graphical interface provides clear diagrams and analyzing tools, displaying detailed defect information together with high-resolution images.
