Cast Extruded Film Inspection

EasyInspect for cast extruded film inspection identifies defects and irregularities that can occur at any step of cast extrusion film production by inspecting after each value-adding process step, e.g. after chill roll or after MDO coating, depending on the film's final use.

EasyMeasure helps to control the coating process by monitoring physical properties such as layer thickness, porosity, reflectivity and haze.

Cast extruded film inspection
